Warranty Policy

We provide one (1) year product warranty. During this time, if there is any defect of the ePowerSaver under the normal usage or operation, we will replace with a unit free of charge(excluding delivery and other charges).

Attempting to break the warranty sticker or opening the ePowerSaver will void the warranty of the product. Damages cause by lightning surge will void the warranty of this product.

We may, from time to time, at the sole discretion of its management, provide warranty remedies beyond those outlined here. Performance of such remedies do not obligate our company to any similar performance in the future.

Shipping Policy

The price quoted by us does not include costs of shipment or delivery to your forwarded or shipping agents, taxes(export amd import), unless specifically stated at the time of sale.

Should a package be damaged in shipment, it is the obligation of the customer to report any and all damage immediately upon receipt. The carrier issuing insurance for the shipment is responsible for any damage incurred, and our sole obligation will be to render any reasonable assistance required by the carrier to verify the extent and nature of the damage.

An inventory and damage check is performed on all packages shipped to us. The customer will be contacted if a package arrives in a damaged condition, and it will be the responsibility of the customer to collect any damages due from the carrier.

The customer should check a returned shipment for completeness, and any items believed missing should be reported immediately.
